Britts Group is named after a young girl from Canada who has Down Syndrome. Despite being born with Autism and being given a 5% chance of survival by doctors, she has defied the odds and is currently living a fulfilling life. During a visit to the Dominican Republic in 2014 , MD Lutfar Rahaman Hemu, the Founder and Chairman of Britts Group, had the opportunity to meet her and her family. The girl expressed her distress about world hunger and her desire to help those less fortunate. Unfortunately, her autism limits her ability to take direct action. MD Lutfar Rahaman and Britts had several conversations, leading to a commitment from MD Lutfar Rahaman Hemu to fulfill her wish of feeding the world. Nevertheless, due to his own medical fragility and inability to work, she faces challenges in achieving this goal. Consequently, Mr. MD Lutfar Rahaman Hemu established Britts Group in New York in 2015, as well as a non-profit organization called Britts Global Organization. The aim of this organization is to assist underprivileged children, homeless individuals, and Britts Group is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of less fortunate individuals globally. Forty-five percent of the company’s profits are allocated towards supporting various causes, such as assisting veterans, homeless individuals, and underprivileged children. MD Lutfar Rahaman Hemu founded this company with the intention of fulfilling the dreams of a Down Syndrome Canadian girl. Since its establishment in 2015, Britts Group has consistently engaged in humanitarian efforts, striving to create a better world for all, without any discrimination based on color, religion, or social status. The esteemed founder and chairman of Britts Group has been recognized with 47 international humanitarian awards in recognition of his remarkable contributions.
